Dark spot on back, no pain, sinus, headache. Is this related to liver?

I am an 37 year old African American female and recently discovered dark spots on my back. Some are very tiny. One is about the size of a quarter and another about a dime. I don t feel any pain with this nor do i have any soreness; however, for over a week now I have been dealing with sinus (which is not often) headaches . Could this have something to do with my liver? Thank you.

Thank you for positing your query.

I have noted your complaints and the findings.

First of all, I would like to reassure you that there is no need to worry about them, as they do not suggest any serious illness.

These dar spots would need to be clinically examined to know what they are. If possible, take picture and then upload them.

Sinus headaches would respond to a course of antibiotics and anti-hitamininc medications. For immediate pain relief, you may take ibuprofen tablets.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
