Dark Spot Behind Eye, Vision Improvement, Not Overweight. Any Ideas?
My mother - age 68 went to an eye dr. routine eye care- after they dialated her eyes told her they found a dark spot behind her eye .... but in the same breathe said her vision improved. she is in very good health... she s not overweight or taking any medications . None. For her age, it s remarkable. They are sending her to a specialist next week. Any ideas?

A dark spot behind an eye usually means a pathology in the vitreous or retina
sometimes,this has to be evaluated by a retina specialist.
a retina person may advice you an angiogram of fundus or OCT IF REQUIRED.
DO NOT FORGET TO TAKE YOUR LATEST BLOOD SUGER LEVEL REPORT WITH YOU.
