Dark Red Blood During Bowel Movement, Nausea, Constipation, Fatigue, Lower Back Pain, Late Periods. Pregnant?

Hi I'm having dark red stringy blood every time I go to the toilet since yesterday, all last week I was having pregnancy symptoms such as, nausea, constipation, fatigue, very sore lower back pain, cramping, couldn't get to sleep the last 2-3 night.. Bad headaches/ migrains, tender breasts...
My period is always a 28 day cycle.. It was late by 2 days before I got this..

Hi,
First thing you get your blood HCG test done,for diagnosing/ excluding pregnancy.Sore breast & nausea are suggestive signs.
Constipation with early pregnancy needs precautions while planning management.
Constipation itself can have the set of symptoms you have like ,Nausea, back ache( due to hard stools),fatigue, sleeplessness, head aches. The blood in stools is due to friction due to hard stools,injuring delicate rectal mucosa/ possible varicose veins/piles.
After checking fot pregnancy please consult a Gynecologist/
Gastroenterologist for specific treatment.
Till then you can have a high fiber diet with plenty of liquids,stool softners,along with glycerine suppositories
