Dandruff, Hair Fall, Hair Thinning, Dry Scalp. Treatment Options?
Hello Doc. I am a 24 year healthy male suffering from acute problem of dandruff and hair fall since last 2-3 years. I have tried many things but nothing is working. My hair has also grown very thin and every time I comb, many strands come out with it. My scalp is very dry and I am also suffering from problem of dandruff. Require immediate help.

You are probably suffering from seborrhoeic dermatitis ,apply fongitar shampoo thrice a week,betamethasone lotion mixed with sesame oil 50 50 at night in the scalp ,tab sebex Z 1 daily.for 1month and let me know.
