Dandruff, Bleed From Scratching Forehead, Dry And White Patches Formed. Is This Due To Dandruff Or Dry Skin?

Hi:
I have suffered from dandruff most of my life, it is worse on the hairline close to my forehead, sometimes I bleed from scratching too much. Recently, I have noticed that my forehead has become very dry with patches. I was also scratching these patches but stopped when I noticed that it was leaving white skin. Now I have white patches on my forehead. Is this due to dandruff or dry skin?

The white patches are most likely due to seborrheic dermatitis due to dandruff. Applying ketoconazole shampoo will help.
Take care
