hi, scientifically, masturbation per se doesnt have any negative effect on marriage, mental health, fertility, or bodily health in any form. As the semen is reformed after its loss through masturbation or by "nightfall" as that of blood formation after blood donation or blood loss. However, u need to keep few things in mind. One should not be addicted to Masturbation as a part of sexual addiction (e.g indulge in masturbation should not be hampering ur other routine or important works, u should be able to control the craving for masturbation, at least sometimes, if not always) . Also, u should not do it whenever u feel tense for some other reason so as to relieve that particular problem (rather u should solve that particular problem accordingly). One should go through different phases of sexual cycle before ejaculation during masturbation rather than mere physical stimulation and ejaculation.

Mastrubation does not have any side effects, but dont make it a habit, mastrubate only when ur sexually excited, it wont affect ur marriage life or infertility.
