General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
Cyst on your back could be sebaceous cyst.
IT occurs at the site of hairs.
When it gets infected,it becomes yellowish .It will be painful and sometimes, fever sets in.
Very very rarely,it turns into cancer.
Please take antibiotics and anti inflammatory medicines till you meet a surgeon.
Get it excised completely to avoid future complications.
It is minor procedure done as a out patient basis.
Wish you speedy recovery
