Cyst On Spleen, Back Pain. Cause?

I recently had a ct scan of my abdomen and pelvic area which indicated I have a small cyst on my spleen . I m very scared although my doctor says its nothing. I would like to know what causes it and is it any concern? I m having moderate pain in my lower back and side on the left side .

There is absolutely nothing to worry. Small and simple cyst in the spleen will not going to cause any trouble. The pain may be due to either Urinary tract infection or bowel inflammation. Take adequate water along with fresh and hygienic food your problem should be sorted out.
