Cyst Between Nose And Tear Duct, Pain On Pressing. Prescribed Zyclin Nanogel. Treatment?

i have a cyst kind of spot right between my nose n d tear duct...it developed some months ago in oct 2011...i tried applying wat not thinking it wud fall out its own someday..but it is very hard n wen i tease,it causes pain...i ve been prescribed zyclin nanogel by a dermatologist but i can see no signs of d hard white pimple drying off to fall off its own...please guide me wid some home remedies....thank u

There is no home remedy that I can suggest for getting rid of this "cyst" because we dont know what exactly is this. It could be a cyst, a wart, a pimple, an abscess, or even a malignancy. We would need a proper examination and probably a fine needle aspiration cytology to find out what this is.
Depending on the cause, we can give you the right treatment. if its a pimple, it should respond to clindamycin ointmnet applied locally
