Cyst At End Of Testis, Pain. What Could It Be?

Hello Doctor, hows you there. yesterday night i touched my left testicle due to continuous pain from past 6,7 days and i found that a cyst or lump( a small ball attached just to the end of left side testis) and pain is there..what could it be and whom can i consult

HI , from the history this looks to be swelling related to the part called epididymis ( attached to the testicle). It is better to consult a Surgical Urologist or a General Surgeon in your area. You may have to go for a few tests like Sonography, blood and urine test.
