Cure For Pimple On The Arms?

Hi, today I randomly got a lot of little pimple type spots on my arms. I'm fairly certain they may be a dust related thing, as I was helping clean sofa cushions just half an hour before they appeared. I just wanted to know its not something like measles? Also, is anti allergy medicine the best way to treat these?

By the history it appears more to be a allergic rash.Your age and locality is not clear.measles usually manifests with other symptoms of fever,cough some spots in oral cavity.so it is unlikely to be measles.You can take antiallergics and look for response.
