Crusty Wart On Stomach. Worried About Skin Cancer

I have a crusty looking wart that showed up on my stomach . I know that it s I have probably have had it less then a month. I have been worried that it might be some form of skin cancer . I have a scheduled appointment with my dermatologist next week. It s the earliest appointment that I could. Could it be something else besides skin cancer? Thank you!!

Thanks for query.All warty lesions are not skin cancers.Most of them are benign condition like simple wart,seborrhoeic keratosis etc. A very small percentage of those lesions are carcinomas,but they have an excellent prognosis .So you need not to be worried.
