Hello, thanks for using health care magic It is likely that you have a genital tract infection and most likely Gardenerella vaginalis. Gardenerella is a bacterium that lives in the vagina and normally under check but can become pathological under certain conditions such as when the micro-organism flora of the vagina is destroyed through deep vaginal toileting, or use of antiseptics for vaginal toileting etc. It could be found associated with other bacteria or alone and it typically produces a fishy pungent smell that is worsens after intercourse, and with little or moderate abundant greyish discharges. Treatment is done with metronidazole or tinidazole which your doctor could prescribed after confirmation. You will need to do at least a vaginal smear which will be used for microscopy, pH, KOH tests etc in a bit to isolate the causative agent and for appropriate treatment. Hope this helps you.
