Crusty, Dry Sores On Legs, Nose. Solution?

I have sores on my lower calfs of my legs that have been erupting, crusting over and coming up all around the original one. It gets very crusty and dry and tight then erupts around it. I have been covering them at night with neosporin and gauze . They seem to infect an entire area of about 3 inches, crusty with eruptions surrounding, and deep. They hurt very much. Hair grows into the crusted area and gets even more tender, and I cant seem to leave it alone. I have been using peroide at night then cover with neosporin an gauze. I also have one on my lower check and middle of my nose . They crust over and look like they are almost gone but they are still there, and the better they look the more it is about to erupt and really hurt. I am a major picker, I admit it. I try to keep nails cut off and neosporin under my nails and inside my nasal. I live in Hawaii and it is so ugly I have to wear capris or long muu muus to hide it. Its been going on for over a year now. I am going to make an apt. with a disease doctor, my liver doctor told me to. I am about to undergo a test group study to cure my hep C . So I am trying to get everything handled before I start the treatment.

Hi,

It seems that you may be having some bullous skin disease.

It may be pemphigus foliaceous.

The internal diseases like DM,HIV,anaemia and other diseases should be ruled out.

Thorough clinical examination is needed to come to some conclusion.

Therefore, you must consult dermatologist.

He will diagnose the condition.

There may be secondary bacterial infection.

Antibiotics, immunosuppressant and steroids in tappering dose may be given to you.

Antibiotic cream and antiseptic body wash will improve the disease.

Avoid stress, improve immunity with immunobusters and healthy diet.

I think, you would be benefitted..

I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
