Craving for ice, cracked lips and tired. Do I have iron deficiency?

I am a 22 year old female. I am 5ft 4in and 140 lbs. I have been curious to see if I have iron deficiency . I have a craving for ice constantly, I have cracked lips , I am always tired and sometimes have trouble sleeping, I am always cold, and I have headaches . There is not family history of iron deficiency or anemia in my family. However, almost all the women including me have heavy periods.
