i've been having cramps like i'm menstruating on and off for maybe a month now. My significant other and I broke up at the end of August, but we slept together one last time in the beginning of September. When we broke up i was menstruating and i stopped talking my birth control after that cycle. I went on what i think was my period again two weeks later and now im having cramps again which feel like my period. So im not sure whats going on?
