thanks goodness someone to help.. Ok ..my last period was in dec.. i m not sure the day i started ..but i got off on the 10...and i havent start yet this mounth ..but i m crapping ..blooting and have gas! I took test they wer neg..and i wook up yesterday morning at 5 and i wiped and it was red and pink ..so i thought i was going to start.. well later on that day it was dark brown ..and the today whwn i wipe its dark brow still crapping and my breast are still sore ..but not as bad as they was... can you help me

hi,
now this month your period is delayed.
you have done pregnancy test and it is negative.
you have not mentioned about medication.
are you on oral pills?
or have taken emergency pill?
brown coloured is menstruation is not a problem always.
collected old blood sometimes get darkened and become brown.
this may also cause cramps.
probably you are having this normal variation.
so need not to worry.
brown colour repeatedly for more months may be abnormal.
for cramps you can take paracetamol750/1000mg.
if it is more you can consult physician.
