Cramps And Uncomfortable Abdomen After Having Sex With Partner Who Had Vasectomy. Could This Be Possible Pregnancy?

I had not had sex in 3 years until 4 days ago. And we did 4 times in one night. My partner had a vasectomy 7 years ago. The next day after sex my abdomen and ovary area was cramping and uncomfortable. I panicked! So I looked it up online. Some people say they knew they was pregnant within 2 days after sex. So today my partner went to have semen checked. 4 days after having sex. It was negative. 100% no sperm. Would that have also been the case when we had sex 4 days ago? Should I still be concerned?
