Cramps After Urination, Tenderness In Bladder, Lower Back Pain. Normal Blood Test And Urine Test

AI am a 49yearold woman. SometimesI GETCRAMPPAINS AFTERPASSING URINE . bLADDER AREA SEEMS a bit tender with the urge of passing urine more often. Some lower backpain especially by the evening. Have been to the doctor blood tests and urine normal but advised to go back if pain persists. I have had this problem for over a year now.

Thanks for your query. Based on the fact that you have posted it appears that you may have Interstitial Cystitis.or Painful Bladder Syndrome.However final diagnosis can be confirmed only on clinical examination and detail evaluation which includes Urine culture and Endoscopic examination of Bladder with Biopsy of a Bladder mucosa .
Consult qualified Urologist for evaluation and further treatment.
