They couldnt find a heart beat for either of my twins and I'm 8 weeks pregnant , should i be worried ?

Foetal cardiac pulsation can be detected as early as 6 weeks through transvaginal USG, if only trans abdominal USG was done, TVS has to be done to know heart sound precisly in early weeks of pregnancy
