General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.

Thank you for your query.

I have gone through your query, and the most likely diagnosis from your urine analysis is that of a urinary tract infection (UTI). I would also like to know what the indication was, for the urine analysis? Were you experiencing any of the below mentioned clinical symptoms:
-Burning sensation while urinating
-Frequent urination
-Increased urge to urinate, but less amount of urine passed
-Chills
-Fever
-Lower abdominal and/or flank region pain
-Itching around the genitals
-Blood in urine or immediately after (not always seen)

If so, I would request you to visit your doctor and get treated for the same accordingly. Treatment usually consists of antibiotic therapy, pain management medication (if pain is present) and a urine alkalizer (if your urine is acidic).

In the meantime, please consume plenty of water and cranberry juice. Also adding a teaspoon (if one glass) of baking soda to the water would help.

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications. I would gladly help you.

Best wishes.
