Could Weight Loss Regimen Cause Delay In Periods?

i missed my period this month.and im wondering if weight loss could be what caused it?i lost ten pounds in the last 2 weeks ,taking me from 120 to 110 and im 5"2'.i also stopped taking lolo estrin fe about a month and a half ago.could that be the reason?

Hi,

Rapid drop in weight can cause menses not to show up. please, using aggressive measures to bring about drastic weight loss is not always the best idea. Go with progressive and gentle methods. Your weight being on the low side and you driving it even further lower is not the best approaches.
