Could Watering And Swollen Eye With Low Fever And Cough In An Infant Be Due To Teething?

My 7 month old baby has come down with something and I am not sure how serious it is. Her left eye is watering and just slightly swollen and a little junky, but nothing too bad. She also has started a cough that sometimes sounds croupy and other times productive. She started running a fever around 99.1 - 101 last night and still has it this morning. Should I be worried about her eye and/or her cough? Her nose is not running at this point. She has also been teething lately -- 3 of her top teeth came through last week and I'm assuming a 4th is trying to push through soon. help!

Teething doesn't cause any illness. They are misconceptions.
Your child is suffering from viral infection. Fever will decrease in a couple of days Cough might take a week.Eye problem will take 3-6 days.If eye redness increases.fever persists beyond 48 hours, cough increases, she looks ill ,gets high grade fever then consult your doctor
