General & Family Physician, Dr. Ravi Kant's Response
hi, it seems that you are highly hypersensitve to tree nuts and really their attacks may be life threatening, and you should avoid exposure to any such food. to get a list of all such foods and environmental allergen you should go for complete pannel allergen test. for its management and control you should meet a physician with the test report, till then you should keep an inhaler containing bronchodilato like asthalin or seroflo, you can also take some antihistaminic like levocetrizine. you should get your respiraory system examined and go for pulmonary function test to rule out any impending COPD, go for total and differential count of white blood cells to rule out tropical eosinophillia and meet a physician .
wish you all the best. thanks.
