Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the bowel sounds, due to the hiatus hernia,or or duodinal cap malformation.
The other causes may be the cervical spondylosis.
I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have a gastroscopy, and ultrasound for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, domperidone, and and antacid gel.
I also prescribe enzyme preparations, and lactic acid bacilli.
Weishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
