Could Urine Spraying Out Be A Symptom Of STD?

Hi, I have been with the same women for over 10 years she has issues of cleaning her self after her monthly. I have been after her now she is cleaning her self. The reason which I am stating this is that I am not able to urinate straight it comes out like you have a garden hose in a spray. Is that I have STD? from her not cleaning her self? I also look at the opening at is sometimes normal as it one side is not folded to inside.

thank you for query.it is not clear about other symptoms.it may be due to some minor anatomical defect or minor infections etc.it is better to consult a doctor for examination and diagnosis and treatment.It is better to have protected intercourse like using condoms if either of them have multiple partners.
