Could Unilocular Cyst In Uterus Be Malignant?

my pelvic US findings: the uterus measures 9.5 x 6.1 x 4.2 cm.The endometrium measures 2.4cm. I is somewhat heterogeneous in appearance. The right ovary is not well visualized. The left ovary measures 4.4 x 3.6 x 2.6 cm.It contains a 3.3x 3 x 2cm unilocular cyst. There is no free fluid in the cul-de-sac. The urinary bladder is unremarkable. Does that mean cancer? What s the next step

hi madam.
according to what you have written, the cyst is in ovary not in uterus. unilocular cysts in ovary is a usual finding and doesn't indicate cancer. complex cyst when ever present may indicate malignancy.
