Could Tonsil Stone Be Caused By The Constant Irritation Of Meth?

I have recently started smoking meth. Today I had what I guess is called a tonsil stone. A white substance that was soft but sticky and rancid smelling. My tonsils look a little bit bigger than usual. Could this all be caused by the constant irritation of meth?
