Could Tiredness And Fainting Sensation Be Due To Dehydration?

Yesterday morning I ran two to three miles in mid-70s temps in St.Louis, MO. After eating breakfast., I cut my lawn and did some other yard work. I started feeling tired later yesterday morning and out of sorts which is unusual for me. My head feels groggy too. Those symptoms persist today. I am borderline type II diabetic but I just a physical and blood test and my doctor reported everything was normal. My blood sugar seems within range. I gave been drinking a lot of water these last two days. Could I be dealing with dehydration issues?

Hi

Dehydration is one thing, and if you have checked your blood sugar during these symptoms of yours then that's good. But if you haven't then you should do that at home.

The next possibility could be a possible infection developing and so I would keep close watch on your symptoms as well as your body temperature and report it to a doctor or to me directly through this forum.

Best wishes
