Could Tingling Sensation In Back Be Related To Chronic Cough And Allergic Asthma?
In the last couple of weeks, I ve had this pin prick/tingling feeling in my back. Sometimes it s comes with a warm feeling. I have reciently been diagnosed with asthmatic algeries as I ve been dealing with a chronic cough for well over six months. Not certain if this would be related.
As per your query you have tingling sensation in back also known as Back paresthesia and you also diagnosed with allergic asthma . Well there can be many reasons for tingling sensation of back like diabetic neuropathy , nerve entrapment , multiple sclerosis , peripheral neuropathy and cerebrovascular accident . It seems to me that it is not related with asthma . I would suggest you to consult neurologist or spine specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order test like MRI of your brain , Electromyography and lumbar puncture . Doctor will treat you as per diagnosis or may refer you to cardiologist if he/she find symptoms to be related with cardiac problem .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
