my wife feel tired and says her heart feels funny. no pain, she can just feel it. her pulse rate is in the mid to low fifties. a little low for her. she has lost a bunch of weigh over the past nine months, on purpose. it happened before and her endocrinologist says she has a problem with her thyroid. he put her on meds. it sd come back and a little worse than before. she does a semi paleo diet. she does eat some carbs.
