Could The Soreness In Back Muscles Due To Possible Kidney Or Bladder Infection?

Hi my leg and back muscles are extremely sore, I am getting over a possible kidney or bladder infection. I am taking 500m ciprofloxacin 2x a day and 800 miligrams of ibuprofen. I had a high fever two days before beginning the mediceine. Is this normal?
