Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.
I can understand your concern.

It is difficult to comment without examining the child. Rash in children could be because of several causes. You should consult your doctor at the earliest for a complete physical examination. Your doctor may order certain investigations based on the physical examination findings. Further management depends on the diagnosis made. So consult your doctor for a examination to identify the cause. In measles the rash begins behind the ears and spreads down the body.
Continue to ask further queries as required.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
