Could The Purplish Spot On Lip Ne A Result Of Chemical Burn?

I have a purplish spot above my lip,it doesn't hurt & it is flat on the skin, the only thing I can think of is that its a chemical burn from this strong blemish stick that I used thinking I was getting a pimple, but it was just dry there? Do u think that could be it, and its pretty noticable, so I'm trying to leave it alone, but I wish it would go away, wish I knew what to do?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Purple spot on the lip could be due to the blemish sticker which you have mentioned.
Accumulation of blood can also cause black colored spot on the lip.
In this case, there may be a history of trauma to the lip.
In either case the black colored spot will clear away spontaneously.
It may take some to disappear.
You can wait for some time and wait it to disappear.

Thanks and take care
