Could The Problem With The Digestive Tract Be Causing Gastric Sleeve And Pain In Chest?

I had gastric sleeve about a year and a half ago and last night I severly overate for the first time since having it. I was in horrible pain and I thought I was having a heart attack. So I tried to make myself throw up the food in which I did. I took a long while to feel better. This morning I got up and felt okay but sore from throwing up. I drank a shake this morning and water throughout the day and that was fine. I ate grilled talapia at lunch and a protein bar for snack and was fine. I came home and ate half of a salmon burger patty on a sandwich thin and now am in bad pain again. The pain is on my lower right side and lower back. Not sure if I need to go to the hospital. The pain feels like a sharper pain that I have had before when I first got the surgery. So probably something on my digestive tract, right?

Hi.
Thanks for your querty.
Noted your history of gastric sleeve, overeating, pain, induced vomiting to get a relief, feeling better , eating fish and having fluids; pain in abdomen and back.
This certainly looks to be related to the incidence that took place yesterday and eating died foods today.
I would advise you the following:
Go to Er.
Clinical evaluation, examination by a doctor gives an idea about possible diagnosis and guides for further investigations.
X-ray of abdomen in standing position.
Ultrasound and CT scan will be better.
Tests of blood, urine and stool.
Keep mil orally till you are diagnosed.
The treatment would be as per diagnosis thus made.
I find this answer helpful
