Hi,
Developing anxiety symptoms like those that you have mentioned are frequently reported due to intake of marijuana which usually starts while one is still consuming or in some cases like yours, after stopping. Under no circumstances, you should restart smoking marijuana again. You will be needing anti anxiety medications like one of the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors and a benzodiazepine. Contact a local psychiatrist for starting medications.
Best wishes.
