Could The Knot In The Neck Be The Cause Of High Diastolic Reading?

I have a knot in the upper part of the back of my neck which I attributed to poor sleeping posture. A week ago I developed a really strong headache and went to the doctor. I had my bllod pressure checked and it was 166/111...my systolic is usually around 125-130 and my diastolic never goes over 82. I had been under stress for a few days, but have been eating well. The Diastolic is lingering in the 90 s even with meds. Is it possible that the knot has anything to do with it?
