Could The Head Banged To The Attic Be A Matter Of Concern?

i dont know if you l think im sill but i do get really worried cause i suffer bad anxiety. but it was two days ago when i was at my friends house, and her room is located i the attic, as i bent down to pick something up i stood up very quickly and banged the top of my head really hard, it was painful but it didnt cause any problems, i am just concerned whether i should go get checked out for something serious or should i be ok? i searched the internet to see if i would have a brain hemmarhage or aneurysm but the symptoms had o relation to me. but i just have a thought of what if it suddenly happens. but its been two days sice and ive been ok apart from a little sore headache which could relate with eye strain as ive been o the computer almost a full two days ad dont wear my glasses. i have no symptoms of major headache, sickness, dizzyness etc.. please help

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
The common signs of head of head injury are Vomiting, unconsciousness for 10-15 mts, Dilatation of pupil, severe drowsiness. I donot think you had any of these so donot worry but if drowsiness / vomiting persist then get your CT done.
