Could The Delayed Periods Be Due To A Pregnancy?

Hii, i had sex with my girlfriend on 7th may and i ejaculated outside. But for being on the safe side, she took i-pill within 48 hrs. Her due date for periods was 8th May but her periods did not come. now we are afraid whether she is pregnant. Please suggest what to do.

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Precum also contain sufficient sperm concentration that cause pregnancy.
I pill also has some failure rate arond 5-10 %.
But I pill itself cause delayed period by 10-10 days as it cause prolongation of the second phase of cycle.
It is because of high progesterone in the the I pill.
But if period will delay by the 14 days then go for pregnancy test and or blood HCG to confirm the pregnancy.
If you will be pregnant then still you cn terminate the intrauterine pregnancy by abortion pill under the supervision of the gynecologist.
Avoid stress and take healthy diet.
