Hello Welcome in H.C.M. I have gone through your query regarding litharginess, weakness and unsteadyness, as you are having. No doubt all these may be in the sinus patient but nasal discharge and nasal obstruction are the cardinal dymptoms of sonus patient. But as a rule clinical diagnosis should be supported by investigations like x-ray or c.t.scan of sinuses. Here I would like to tell you that if you are not having nasal discharge, nasal obstruction and sneezing etc than you should consult your doctor to rule out other possibilty as ophthalmic , pulmonary and other causes giving these co symptoms. Lastly ENT should be approached to rule out sinusitis and ear diseases. Probably above answers your query. Regards.
