Could The Buzzing And Blowing In Ear Along With Pain Indicate Tinnitus Or Catarrh?

I've been having ear pain. I've noticed a buzzing and blowing in my ear. I saw a doctor, and the doctor looked at my ear drum and said it was fine. The doctor gave me some antibiotics, but I still have the problem. I was referred to an ear, nose, and throat doctor, who I will see in a week. I have a tight feeling in my ear. I noticed the buzzing is starting to go away, but I still have the tight feeling and a little pain in my ear when a loud noise occurs. I wanted to know do I have tinnitus or catarrh in my ear?
