Could The Bone Spurs Be Taken Out?

Waiting to meet with my ortho. Have a couple questions. I have ACL tear, lateral meniscus, bone spurs and loss of cartilage on my medial side. Can they take out the bone spurs? How long will this surgery take? It is a revision as I have torn ACL , mcl, and meniscus before.

Hello,

I have studied your case.

Yes ACL reconstruction and bone spur excision can be done arthroscopically.
Also Meniscus injury can be managed by arthroscopic repair,and same day you can go home.
As per your symptoms you need to do physiotherapy and knee exercises to improve range of motion .

Surgery may take between 1 to 2 hour.
