Could The Blood In Stools Be Due To Intake Of Ecstasy?

Took ecstasy last night and have been extremely dehydrated for the past two days due to drinking. After going to the restroom this morning, I noticed blood in the stool. It was painless and bright red. Any ideas as to what the cause of the blood is? I am a 20 year old female weighing 145 and am 6 foot tall.
