About a year ago i starting getting very back acne, from then and until now ive had a slight picking problem, but about 4 months ago i started picking at what i though was acne but were the genital sweat glands. When recently picked at they bleed, and when they stop bleeding its about 1/4th Centimeter open mark, ( can vary ), and a very little amount around the injury is swolen, over time they heal, though sometimes the sweat gland or hair folicle doesnt heal correctly, and heals over with a whitish tint, should i be worried that it could be an STD i got from school maybe via restroom?. ( I am a male and just had sex about a month ago, under the age of 21, though she did not gain anything like i have... Im worried that I will get bullied if someone finds out, and is too embarassed to go to the doctors or tell a guardian.
