Could The Abnormal Blood Test Results Be Something Serious?

I just received a phone call from the clinic I go to saying I have to go back before my scheduled appointment to discuss some abnormal blood test results. I understand they can not discuss the actual results on the phone, but does this mean the results came back with something serious?

It can be serios. Just go to the doctor and collect reports. Without report its very difficult to say anything.
