Could The Abdominal Cramps, Nausea And Indigestion Indicate Side Effects Of Biopreg Tablets?

hi doctor, i am taking biopreg f from last 15 days. we are planning for a baby. we had an intercourse from 12 th day of my period to 18 th day alternatively. Now i have little abdominal cramps, nausea, little indigestion and gas.,tiredness...is is due to side effects of biopreg tablets or i the indications to my pregnancy..plz help ... i am tensed.
