Could Swelling Of Feet Indicate Heart Problem?

my husband is 77 years old. about ten years ago he litterly blew out the right side of his heart and never knew this until he had stint put in about 8 years ago. than the following year he had a ballon added. he has done well except that I am noticing that his left foot more than the right is quite swollen

Drugs like diuretics,ionotropes will be helpful.
