Could Strain In Forehead Be Caused By Eye Pressure?

Hi doctor, I have strin in my forhead for last few weeks. I have spherical(.5), cylindrical(.5) power. My visibility with glasses are fine. My I feel strained on my forhead after a days of computer work. I dont know if I have developed some eye pressure also. Thanks in advance

You have a refractive error which is corrected and you are using specs. This will not give strain. What you are having is computer vision syndrome. Use anti glare glass before computer screan. Use antiglare specs. Apply artificial tear drop before and after working with computer. you can use mylol eye drop. Don't sit before compute at astrech for long duration. In between take a break and blink for sometime.
