Could Spotting Post Treatment For PCOS Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi doctor I have PCOS and my husband and I are trying to conceive. I was given tablets and medicines to induce ovulation and on the 13th day I was given an injection to rupture the follicles. And there after we started trying. I was due to get my periods on 19th April. And now I see some spotting. Does this mean I am not pregnant? What could be the reason for the spottings? Pls help I am very worried.

medicine to induce ovulation is right. strip are available to know ovulation ,regarding pregnancy you can go for pregnancy test and it is a chance fertilization. if all efforts fail then your ovum and sperm of your husband can be fertilized in lab. what is known as test tube baby. after fertilization it can be implanted in your uterus. you can contact fertilization clinic and take their advise.
