Hi there,
After reading your question, I am of the opinion that:
1) Having sexual intercourse a week before periods does not normally cause pregnancy.
2) However, even if you get pregnant during this time, the urine pregnancy test does not become positive till about 20 days of unprotected intercourse.
3) The periods that you have mentioned could be normal periods.
4) My suggestion is that you repeat a pregnancy test after 15 days and just see the results.
5) You can also wait for your next month periods to come. If they come on time, it would mean there is no pregnancy.

I hope this was helpful.
Regards,
Dr. Shikha Shah
